How it works.

  • Step 1 - Exploration & Discovery

    Book a time with us to discuss your needs and goals, at no cost to you. We may follow up with a short questionnaire for more detailed needs analysis.

  • Step 2 - Inquiry & Insights

    We capture insights from key stakeholders which help us develop a deeper understanding and hypotheses about the team’s challenges and opportunities.

  • Step 3 - Co-created Proposal

    We provide you an initial proposal-in-progress, schedule, resourcing and quote. A follow up discussion may be needed to to refine the goals, scope, success measures and to map out the team system.

  • Step 4 - Bespoke Design

    We develop a customised, multidisciplinary, experiential and flexible design to meet the needs of your team context. There is typically some pre-work, 1:1 coaching and reflection exercises built in. It is possible to include a leadership or personality instrument survey.

  • Step 5 - Iterative Delivery

    We connect with the team on at least 3 occasions over a period of several months. We are adaptive in working with new insights and dynamics that emerge during and in between sessions. We iterate as we gain new information.

  • Step 6 - Integration & Accountability

    The final stage is a deep reflection and integration of learnings, insights, wins and new behaviours. We help build commitment and accountability to change. We follow up with a multi-party stakeholder check-in for feedback sharing and support.
